French Health MInister Receives Court Summons Over Mass Swine Flu Vaccinations

Roselyne Bachelot, the French Minister of Health was summoned on Friday last week to attend a hearing at the Superior Court in January as part of legal action to put an end the swine flu mass vaccination campaign launched by lawyers Malika Ouarti (Barreau de Paris) and Jean-Pierre Joseph (Barreau de Grenoble), according to local media reports.

The hearing will take place on Monday, January 4 at 9 am at the Tribunal de Grande Instance of Paris.

Bachelot, who worked for at least 12 years in the pharmaceutical industry, has played a key role in planning and executing the mass swine flu vaccination campaign in France.

Specifically, Bachelot was involved in the detailed planning to set up 1,100 special vaccination centers around the country, excluding GPs, for the vaccination of the entire population by the end of January 2010.

Also, she sanctioned a secret contract with pharmaceutical companies, giving them blanket immunity from any legal action in the event of their untested jabs causing death or damage.
